Solicantus Rouge is a blend of Merlot 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5% and Malbec 5%, all coming together to offer lovely aromas of black cherry, plum, raspberry, blackberries, chocolate, vanilla and tobacco. Classy with a charming balance and structure, the wine is plush on the palate with mouth-watering acidity, refined tannins and well-integrated oak. Our wine is aged for 18 months in french oak barrels. Drink it young or you can cellar it for upto twenty years. 

Best served at 60 ºF - 65 ºF (16 ºC - 18 ºC)
